A few things we could use around here, anything you can do will be greatly appreciated!
As of February 15, 2019 we are about $3600 short of our expenses. We have had some unexpected weather related expenses that add up in addition to our ongoing needs.
The Inspirational Country Music Awards (ICMA) are coming up in the beginning of April. We are nominated in our categories and would love to be able to send staff members as ambassadors of Today's Christian Country. These expenses (airfare, hotel, etc) will come to approximately $5000.
We need materials (wire, posts & gates) for a 75x75 square foot enclosure around our tower site. We already have a donation of labor lined up for when the materials are donated. Thank you!!!
Additional solar panels totaling approx $3000. These will improve our efficiency at our off-grid towersite and make it more attractive for potential tower space lease to third party customers. We also need $1200 for tower equipment and $2000 for unpaid monthly bills. We also need office supplies.
Thank you everyone that participated in the windmill project at our towersite. It is up and preforming wonderfully.
WE ALSO NEED PEOPLE!!!! We have need of the following volunteers:
Promotions Director: Promotes the stations image, programs and activities. The promotions person works closely with the program director in creating on-air promotions and also with the sponsorship department in securing new sponsors and maintaining current sponsors.
Receptionist: Receptionist duties vary. This position is ideal for understanding all the aspects of how a station operates and could double as the Sponsor Assistant.
Sponsor Assistant: Offers support to the sponsorship staff and managers by handling much of the office work, including drafting proposals, which allows the sponsorship staff to focus on meeting with sponsors and developing new partners
Sponsorship executive: The sponsorship executive is the person who signs sponsorship partners and works closely with marketing the stations listeners.
Website Content Manager/Listener Relations: Responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the stations online presence. In addition to writing, editing and proofreading site content. The website content manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns. The content manager will work closely with technical, business development and marketing members of our station/ministry, so strong communication skills are needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing online marketing and outreach campaigns. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
