Safe Passage Children’s Advocacy Center
The Safe Passage Children’s Advocacy Center is where the needs of a child always come first. At the SPCAC we strive to create a child-friendly, comfortable, and trauma-informed setting for children who have reported any type of abuse. Through referrals from Law Enforcement and Health & Welfare, we offer a safe space for children to share their experiences, to receive both physical and mental health care, and to take advantage of a wide range of support services. Our community-based center and staff serve as first responders in allegations of all violence against children and help their caretakers navigate the system. The Safe Passage Children’s Advocacy Center provides hope and healing to the children and their families through forensic interviewing, family advocacy, and a variety of services designed to help children move through their painful experiences and grow to their fullest potential.

From its inception in 1951, Union Gospel Mission’s purpose has been to break – not perpetuate – the cycle of homelessness.

Priest River Ministries Advocates for Women
Priest River Ministries Advocates for Women is a faith based, non profit agency providing free services and support for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. They offer emergency shelter, support groups, advocacy in the courts, paralegal services and many other services. There are three locations, Priest River, Sandpoint and Spirit Lake.
The Priest River and Spirit Lake locations also offer a free clothing store and pantry with items such as diapers, baby formula and toiletries. Both stores are open Tuesday thru Thursday, 10 am-3 pm for adults only.
